Holidays have got me thinking...That's what happens when you've got too much time on your hands.Brain can't stop working overtime.

So.I've graduated from secondary school.3 years ago I couldn't imagine turning 16 and now I can't imagine turning 18.I've never managed to imagine turning 16 actually.And I don't feel 16 at all.The supposedly sweet birthday came and went and like every year,I'm left wondering if the year that just passed had been worth living.What have I done?Am I wasting my youth away? Youth and childhood are such funny things.You never feel it when you're going through it,but when you're past it you look back and hate yourself for having been so oblivious to that once in a lifetime chance to dream and hope and play.

I miss my childhood so much.Nowadays I find myself yearning to return to the time when I was 3.That's when you start opening your eyes and heart to the world around you,and you start asking incessant questions and think that you can buy a dog from God for $1.I don't think I'm missing the innocence.I wasn't unaware of sex and such.But I miss...the curiousity.The wonder.How everything seemed so magical,be it dust particles illuminated by the evening Sun or the thin,wispy steam that rises from hot water and then disappears.Back then,everything was magic.

It's this movie "Thief Lord" that got me thinking.It's about this motley group of orphans lead by this kid called the Thief Lord and their adventures in Venice.And as if Venice isn't enough of a fantasy land in itself,they have to add in all this magic and dangerous escapades.So this movie really stuck.Because there's so much wonder in the child,Bo,and I see so much of my 6 year old self in him.And now I realise how much I want to go back to that time when I heard music in the wind and whispers in the waters.

Of course that's all fantasy and pointless dreaming.But what I have now is my youth.My teenage years.And I'm trying so hard not to lose that sense of wonder and excitement,and to live.To really live and let go and not worry about who is saying what and why.I don't want to look back when I'm 30 and regret that I sauqndered the two most important periods of my life.

Okok.I'm supposed to have posted the pics I took on the last day of school but there's a @#^%@$^ 113 of them.So I'm just gonna pass them on to the pro verashaw and she'll upload the ones she wants :)

Well.School's out.Course there's still HCL Os but it's not really important I guess.And seriously,the A level chinese paper is waaaaayy easier than the O level higher chinese paper so we're just wasting our time.They've got 2 li jie wen da passages of which only 2 of the questios asked are actual li jie wen da questions.The rest are some mcq crap and stuff.And the passages are from their textbook so you can roughly guess what to study.And their chang wen suo duan is only 10 marks!!! :@ Remind me again why I'm slogging my butt off for this exam.

I love the holidays :D My mum insisted on waking me up at 7.30 cause she's one of those "zao shui zao qi shen ti hao" people.But when she started watching her korean videos I went back to bed :) I suppose it'll get boring after a while but for now,it's FANTASTIC! :D NO SCHOOL FOR THE NEXT 2.5 MONTHS!!!

my fish is dying!!!noooo!!!!my poor little jack ennis :( :( :(
he's swimming kinda lopsided and his swimbladder/belly is really bloated and he's not eating.it also doesnt help that he's not really swimming.i think he's got a swimbladder disorder or a bacterial infection.nooooo... :( ive had him for almost 2 years now and that's saying something considering some people's fighting fish can die within a week of purchase *cough*pammiechia*cough*

I'm caring about my blog again.yay me.

Uh.Graduated last night.Don't really feel much though.No melancholy or anything.Mostly because the ceremony was such a bore.The only highlight was when i walked away from the podium after the speech and realised i'd left my cert holder there.ohwell.got it from ms sab afterwards.turns out cherone left hers behind too.and after the ceremony mum came to fetch me and she wasnt very happy when i told her i got A for everything except IH and chinese which i got B3 for.I know it's not very good but hello it's the best ive ever done.At least say you did well or something.Geez.

machi got 4 pts for prelims :) but that means she's going to rj :(

oh well.hwa chong next year.the only thing im looking forward to is hp and that's if i get in.but considering my results are terribly average (my msg's about 1.74) plus my B in IH and people like jacqueline chan who got A1 for almost every subject is applying,i dont think there's much hope.

dumbledore is gay.check it out here.one more reason for the christians to hate potter.go rowling!

Questions that have been bugging me:
1)why do we sometimes shiver when we urinate? (I've actually been wondering about this for several years now.I even sent it in to Reader's Digest's Facts of Life section but they never published it.Assholes.)

2)Why do roaches die belly up?
